The role of HSIE KLA Coordinator involves leading by professional and Biblical example, collaborating closely with teaching team members, and creating an enriching learning environment marked by excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Work With Children Check Clearance
- Leading a team of teachers in providing quality Christ-centred education
- Engaging students in meaningful learning experiences
- Christian Education and curriculum development
- Confident use of technology in the classroom
This position reports to the Head of Secondary School, requiring accountability for all aspects of teaching and curriculum development. We seek applicants with experience in teaching Stages 4-6 HSIE, leadership experience within a faculty, and demonstrated skills in programming, instructional leadership, and coaching.
Safeguarding the safety, welfare, and wellbeing of children and young people is essential.
A valid NSW Working With Children Check is required in accordance with the Child Protection (Working with Children) Act 2012 (NSW).
