About the Role:

The Business Analyst will play a key role in driving business growth and improvement across the organization. Reporting to the Aftermarket Manager, this position will be responsible for providing business analytics, data collation, and process improvements to support the company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of aftermarket parts and services sales & opportunity, sales funnel management, prime & aftermarket product performance, and support new product introduction and Product management functions.
  • Integrate Parts Loyalty & Support Programs within the Mining Division and assist in analyzing product quality defects, including fleet impact and financial modeling, to support proactive decision-making.
  • Develop and implement business analytics and data modeling to support business growth and improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary Qualification in Business Analytics, Data Science, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar-sized enterprise, with a strong background in business analytics, process improvement, and project management.
  • Experience with integrating complex programs to deliver customer value.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial modeling, particularly in assessing cost versus reward scenarios.
  • Experience with Power Apps including Power BI, Power Automate, Power Forms and Smartsheet.
  • Familiarity with analyzing gaps to identify opportunities and initiating strategy projects.
  • Strong skills in external market analytics and data modeling supporting Prime Product & Aftermarket Solutions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
