About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to join our team as a Client Service Officer. This role presents an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless.

In this challenging and rewarding position, you will be responsible for providing critical services and quality advice to clients. You will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver innovative solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing empathetic support and guidance to clients in a culturally sensitive manner.
  • Working independently and managing your own workload to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
  • Utilizing various technologies, including online communication tools and programs, to enhance client engagement and service delivery.
  • Fostering strong relationships with outreach services and community organizations to promote joint housing resolution initiatives.
