Role Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Business Assurance Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects focused on providing assurance and advisory services around risk assessment, controls evaluation, and compliance initiatives.

You will collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective business and risk assurance strategies, provide assurance and advisory services on ESG compliance and/or SOX compliance and other regulatory requirements, and prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage projects to deliver high-quality assurance and advisory services
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective business and risk assurance strategies
  • Provide assurance and advisory services on ESG compliance and/or SOX compliance and other regulatory requirements
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in project management risks, risks and controls, business process, and IT general controls. You should also have a deep understanding of SOX and other relevant compliance frameworks, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.

  • Essential Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, technology, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CA, CIA, CPA, CISA, PMP or other relevant certifications)
