As a highly skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional, you will play a pivotal role in securing and optimizing identity solutions to meet the organization's security and operational requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Active Directory (AD) and Azure AD environments with a focus on high availability, performance, and security.
  • Administer and optimize Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to enforce security and compliance policies, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Implement and manage identity federation, single sign-on (SSO), and multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions to enhance directory security and user experience.
  • Automate identity lifecycle management processes, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based access control (RBAC), using PowerShell scripting and other automation tools.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to identify and mitigate identity threats, ensuring the integrity of directory services.
  • Monitor AD and IAM services, proactively identifying and resolving issues to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  • Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity strategies for AD environments, ensuring minimal impact on operations.
  • Work closely with application and infrastructure teams to integrate authentication and authorization services, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Provide technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and training to support teams in understanding IAM best practices and industry standards.

 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Active Directory, Azure AD, and Identity & Access Management (IAM)
  • Strong expertise in Active Directory design, administration, and troubleshooting
  • Experience with Azure AD, AD Connect, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect
  • Hands-on experience with Group Policy Management (GPO), Kerberos, LDAP, and DNS
  • Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and management
  • Experience implementing SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, and identity federation
  • Understanding of Zero Trust security models, identity governance, and privileged access management (PAM)
  • Familiarity with SIEM, identity analytics, and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls)
