Leading Legal Advisor Wanted

We are seeking experienced professionals with a strong attention to detail and well-developed written and verbal communication skills to provide high-quality legal advice across various areas, including administrative law, commercial law, employment law, integrity, and litigation.
This role requires the ability to prepare submissions and make recommendations to support statutory decision-making under national regulatory frameworks. Additionally, you will deliver legal advice on legislative and policy matters relevant to operational requirements.
You will also be responsible for undertaking legal research and contributing to internal training on relevant legal topics. Furthermore, you will collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Requirements:- A law degree from an Australian tertiary institution (or equivalent) and admission as a legal practitioner in a Supreme Court of a State or Territory.
- Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following areas: Administrative law, Commercial law, Employment law, Integrity and litigation.
- Strong decision-making and judgment in delivering legal advice.
- Well-developed skills in legal research, document review, and drafting.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
