Plastic Recycling Industry Maintenance Fitter Role

We are seeking skilled maintenance fitters for ongoing day shift work in the plastic recycling industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance fitting, with experience working in the recycling sector. A minimum of 4 years' experience as a maintenance fitter is required, along with a relevant qualification and at least 3 years' experience in the plastic recycling industry.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing preventive maintenance schedules to ensure equipment efficiency and extend lifespan
  • Attending breakdowns and performing repairs as needed
  • Assisting in fault finding and troubleshooting machinery issues

Strong hydraulic and pneumatic experience is also essential for this role.

Successful candidates should possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and demonstrate a high level of integrity and commitment to delivering quality results.
