Chief Revenue Strategist

As a Chief Financial Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and direction of an aviation services provider.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the aviation sector, preferably in helicopters, charter services, or maintenance-heavy environments. They will also possess a strong background in regional finance across Papua New Guinea, Australia, and the Pacific.

Key responsibilities include leading the overhaul of finance systems, integrating operational and financial platforms, managing cost models, and steering cross-border financial frameworks.

• Lead the overhaul of finance systems and controls

Successful candidates will demonstrate a proven track record of scaling a business from $30M to $100M+ in revenue, as well as experience with systems integration, particularly across operations, finance, and supply chain.
