Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and skilled professionals to join our front-of-house team. As a versatile staff member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and working collaboratively with the team to achieve excellent service standards.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace by adhering to health and safety standards and ensuring all areas are tidy and free of clutter.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve excellent service standards by communicating effectively, sharing knowledge, and supporting colleagues when needed.
Requirements:
  • Australia Work Authorisation (preferred)
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
