We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to join our team at Pol Care- POLISH COMMUNITY CARE SERVICES INCORPORATED. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes or in our care facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Assist clients with mobility and communication needs
- Support clients to participate in age-appropriate activities and tasks
- Monitor the safety and well-being of clients and report any concerns to the Care Service Manager
- AQF Certificate III or equivalent qualification
- 12 months of relevant work experience or part-time equivalence
- Ability to communicate in Polish language
- Current AFP check and driving license
- Statutory declaration re no criminal records in other countries of residence
- Competitive salary of $61,000 plus superannuation
