Job Title: Disability Support Practitioner Lifestyles

At Cerebral Palsy Alliance, we are committed to providing exceptional support to individuals with disabilities. We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Disability Support Practitioner to join our Lifestyles team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse group of clients, providing personalized support to help them achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives. As a Disability Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support services, including:

  • Assisting clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care and meal preparation
  • Supporting clients to develop skills and independence
  • Encouraging clients to participate in community activities and events
  • Building positive relationships with clients and their families
  • Transporting clients in our wheelchair-accessible vehicles

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Professional experience in disability support or a related field
  • A current NSW Driver's Licence (P2 minimum)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
