Financial Services Specialist Role

About the Position:

This role is focused on providing high-quality services to the executive leadership team and staff of a government agency, supporting decision-making, advancing accountability, and delivering excellent results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to telephonic enquiries and provide clear, professional advice and support to clients and stakeholders.
  • Acquire or be familiar with internal policies, procedures, and legislative requirements related to unclaimed monies, ensuring adherence and compliance.
  • Review processes to identify opportunities for enhancements and efficiencies, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
  • Communicate and liaise effectively with staff at all levels and external clients, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
