As a Customer Banking Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting customers with their banking needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Having in-depth conversations with customers to understand their banking needs and preferences.
  • Supporting customers with enquiries, account maintenance, and credit product applications.
  • Completing Financial Health Checks to assess customers' financial needs and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Educating and demonstrating our branch technology and digital banking options to customers.
  • Problem-solving and providing effective solutions while championing our risk-adverse culture.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who have:

  • Experience in delivering exceptional customer service, ideally in financial services or retail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate financial terms clearly.
