Essential Team Member

We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our team at a popular coffee shop in North Sydney.

  • Cafe all rounder: Minimum 1 year of experience as an all rounder or a Barista, with prior coffee making skills.
  • Kitchen hand: Minimum 1 year of hospitality experience, preferably in a Kitchen hand or similar role.
  • Team leader: Prior experience in a leadership position, where you were responsible for ordering stock.
  • Ability to work as part of a dynamic team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene (training can be provided).
  • Organised and efficient with good communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn with a positive attitude.
