Job Title: Retail Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious individual to take on a leadership role within our retail team. This is an exceptional opportunity for you to be in charge of your own store, where you will have total accountability for creating and executing a business plan that drives sales and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate should have proven leadership and coaching skills, gained in a fast-paced retail environment. You will also need to be an innovative self-starter with a flair for business planning and a passion for coaching others to reach their full potential.

Qualifications / Knowledge:
  • Retail sales experience
  • Team leadership
  • Degree of experience dependent on business/Store size
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution
  • Ability to develop financial plans and manage resources
  • Working knowledge of computerised systems including email, Microsoft Excel
