Bartender Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused bartender to join our luxury boat team in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, to guests on board the boat.
  • Ensure the bar is clean, organized, and fully stocked during cruises.
  • Responsible for serving drinks responsibly and in accordance with safety protocols and legal requirements.
  • Engage with guests to create a warm and enjoyable atmosphere.
  • Assist in setting up the bar before cruises and cleaning up after trips.
  • Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitor guest consumption and address any potential issues discreetly.
  • Collaborate with the crew to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experiences.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in a fast-paced or outdoor setting.
  • Knowledge of drink preparation and presentation.
  • Ability to work on a boat and adapt to changing weather conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable and responsible with attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Comfortable working on the water for extended periods.
