Requirements:

  • Own a late model vehicle fitted with dual controls.
  • Comprehensive car insurance including cover for Learner Drivers.
  • Current RMS Instructors Licence - Auto or Manual.
  • Certificate 4, Transport & Logistics.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Spoken English with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Self-Motivated and Results Driven Hard Worker.
  • Team Player prepared to support fellow team members towards common goals.
  • Strong desire to exceed minimum KPIs and excel.
  • Ability to instill confidence and build client relationships.
  • Focused on customer care & high quality lesson delivery.
  • Patient, tactful and flexible.
  • Passionate about teaching driving & helping community to create safer drivers.
  • Prepared to work flexible hours to meet customer needs.
  • Responsible and Reliable with primary goal to uphold reputation and goodwill.
  • Accept and work in accordance with conditions listed in Sub-contractor agreement.
  • Work with Children Clearance.
  • Member of Professional Association such as ADTA or NSWDTA.
