About the role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Crossfit Coach to join our team with opportunity to work between our two gyms at CrossFit Chatswood in Roseville, NSW and CrossFit Living the Dream, Thornleigh NSW.
As a Crossfit Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging Crossfit training sessions to our members, helping them achieve their fitness goals in a supportive and motivating environment. Approx 20hours per week available between the two gyms. Flexibility for the right candidate.
What you'll be doing
- Delivering engaging and challenging Crossfit group classes
- Providing expert coaching and instruction to ensure members perform exercises with proper form and technique
- Fostering a positive and motivating community atmosphere within the gym
- Maintaining a clean and organised training environment
What we're looking for
- CrossFit Level 1 Coaching qualification or equivalent.
- Passion and enthusiasm for delivering effective, results-driven training programs
- Excellent knowledge of CrossFit exercises, programming and exercise science
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire members of all fitness levels
- First aid and CPR certification

CrossFit Chatswood is a leading CrossFit gym located in Roseville, NSW. CrossFit Living the Dream is located in Thornleigh, NSW. The gyms are approx. 30 minutes apart, and would suit a coach with access to a car.
