About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Principal to join our team at Pacific National. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise in reliability engineering and condition monitoring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement reliability improvement scopes of work and programs to enhance fleet performance.
  • Provide frontline support to maintenance execution teams on reliability investigations and condition monitoring.
  • Monitor in-service incidents to identify, classify, trend, and report on reliability incidents.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement condition monitoring processes to improve efficiencies and safety.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a solid engineering background in rail or other heavy industry. You will also need to possess high-level communication skills, with the ability to build successful stakeholder relationships and travel as required.

Requirements
  • Degree qualified in mechanical, electrical, or condition monitoring-related engineering or a relevant discipline.
  • Proven industry experience in maintenance and reliability engineering and/or condition monitoring of equipment.
  • Demonstrated experience in the application of FMECA, RCM, and condition monitoring.
  • Background in heavy industry, transport, rail, avionics, or other related industries.
