About the Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Worker to join our team in Koonawarra, NSW.

As a Home Care Worker, you will work closely with our participants to provide personalized support with their daily activities. This rewarding role requires a caring and empathetic individual who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of others.

Your responsibilities will include providing companionship, meal preparation, domestic assistance, and medication management, among other tasks. You will be an essential part of our Consumer Directed Services team, working to deliver high-quality care that meets the unique needs of each participant.

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A Certificate III in Mental Health, Disability, Aged Care or Home and Community Care (or equivalent experience) is highly desirable, but not essential.
