We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow professional to drive business outcomes for our clients.

About the Role
  • This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing ServiceNow Capability and leverage your expertise in business process improvement, configuration, and optimisation.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse client business processes to identify areas of improvement and implement effective solutions using ServiceNow platform capabilities.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their operational challenges and design tailored solutions aligned to their business requirements.
  • Leverage consultancy skills to improve business process design, configuration, and optimisation.
  • Lead projects and teams to deliver high-quality results and ensure successful implementation.
Requirements:
  • Australian citizenship with an active Baseline or higher security clearance or ability to obtain one.
  • Strong experience developing with languages/technologies such as HTML, CSS, Angular, HTTP, REST, and SOAP communication protocols.
  • Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and CIS certifications are highly valued.
Preferred Skills:
  • Strong analytical approach and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of organisation and time management.
  • Ability to work proactively and autonomously in a deadline-driven environment.
