Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced senior interior designer to join our team in Brisbane. This role offers the opportunity to combine leadership, creativity and hands-on delivery within a collaborative studio environment.

The successful candidate will have 7-8+ years of experience in interior design, with a portfolio covering workplace and hospitality projects. They will be proficient in Revit and have a proven ability to lead projects and manage teams effectively.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, client-focused, and able to balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail. If you're an experienced designer who thrives in a leadership role, we want to hear from you.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead projects from inception, including developing concepts and managing the design team to deliver on time and to a high standard
  • Provide creative direction and strategic design input, ensuring projects are innovative and aligned with client goals
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and collaborative engagement
  • Oversee documentation production and be ready to step in and contribute when needed
  • Coordinate with consultants, builders and internal teams to achieve seamless project delivery
