About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Designer to join our organization. As a key team member, you will be responsible for creating user-centric solutions that meet customer needs in the healthcare context.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Making informed decisions about solutions by forming a deep understanding of user problems
  • Defining and creating design artefacts, from user journeys, screen workflows, and UX analysis to detailed wireframes, prototypes, and final designs
  • Illustrating user journeys and information architecture using storyboards, user flows, and sitemaps
  • Working embedded in cross-functional product development teams
  • Creating and evolving design mock-ups efficiently and to appropriate level of fidelity (including hi-fi when required)
  • Aligning teams to customer and business priorities by regularly presenting information, educating and providing context, leveraging forums such as standups, guilds, etc.
  • Identifying opportunities for improving UX/UI across products
  • Collaborating with areas of the business to assess the feasibility of ideas
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX designer for 6+ years
  • 1+ year team leadership / management experience preferred
  • Technology and/or health industry experience highly desirable
  • Experience with project management and collaboration tools is highly desirable
