The Opportunity

We are seeking a Manufacturing Team Leader to ensure the smooth transition of new products into manufacturing. This role is responsible for leading and developing a team to ensure production schedules are adhered to in a safe, efficient, and timely manner, in alignment with the Quality Management System.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality production throughput.
  • Plan and organize work for the team members to execute the plan in the most efficient manner through the effective use of standard CMS processes.
  • Conduct workplace safety observations and participate in the development of appropriate risk controls for hazards identified.
  • Collaborate with Process Engineering, Maintenance, and Calibration teams to ensure accurate feedback and updated training plans.

About You

  • You will have a strong background in lean manufacturing and experience in leading a team to achieve production goals.
  • You will be able to communicate effectively with team members, Process Engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth production operations.
  • You will have a strong understanding of digital computer systems and general business acumen, including presentation skills.
