Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to pursue a career in midwifery. As a Registered Nurse/Student Midwife, you will have the chance to gain hands-on experience in maternity care while completing your postgraduate qualification.

Our employed model offers a unique pathway into midwifery, with opportunities for clinical rotations, rostered shifts, and paid supernumerary rotations. You will work alongside experienced healthcare professionals and receive intensive preceptor and clinical educator support.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA)
  • At least one year postgraduate experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Eligibility to enrol in the Graduate Diploma of Midwifery at the University of Notre Dame
