About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Full Time Customer Service and Sales Assistant at our BRAND NEW store opening in Ballina.

This is a permanent full-time role that offers a great work-life balance with every second weekend off. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing expert professional customer service to our retail and trade customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers
  • Promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts
  • Develop strong product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
  • Achieve and exceed personal sales targets
  • Support other team members to ensure business goals are met
  • Contribute to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping
About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualities:

  • Previous experience in a retail environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to genuinely connect with customers
  • An energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of your job
  • Competency in POS systems and Microsoft Office
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritize your work effectively
