As a Client Partner, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our clients by delivering exceptional results. Your dedication to excellence will be the driving force behind building strong relationships and identifying opportunities for growth.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of client satisfaction, proactively identifying opportunities to optimize, retain, and upsell business. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing long-term contract/agreements with clients to renew and grow revenue from the client base.
  • Establishing multi-level relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to ensure retention and relationship stability despite client turnover in key roles.
  • Implementing and managing client background screening programs aligned with client organizational needs and goals.
  • Providing consultative liaison services as the primary point of engagement/escalation, managing all client escalations and owning root cause analysis reports.
  • Proactively monitoring volumes and revenue to ensure treatment strategies are appropriate and identifying reasons for significant fluctuations.
  • Offering visibility into client performance through accurately compiled data for improvement planning and implementation.
  • Conducting regular business reviews using value-added propositions to mitigate client risk and enhance background screening programs.
  • Growing the client book of business to target vs. prior year, driven by existing revenue retention and closing new business.
  • Monitoring quantity and quality of team outputs and working with department heads to implement corrective measures when necessary.
  • Ensuring effective onboarding of new clients.
  • Liaising with global client-facing teams to support growth of accounts with a global footprint.
  • Managing client expectations to achieve high customer satisfaction through CSAT surveys.
Requirements
  • Strong Service Delivery and Client Success background with over 6 years of direct client management experience.
  • Business Acumen and a strong desire to succeed.
  • The ability to listen, question, and engage clients to fully understand and address their needs.
  • Background screening industry and operation knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced English language proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Data privacy/data protection principles knowledge.
