Project Controls Manager Job Description

At Sunwater, we are seeking a highly skilled Project Controls Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our projects by driving the integration of project cost and schedule functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and integrate project master schedules, costs, and risks across all project stages.
  • Administer the full project cost database, setting parameters for end-to-end project cost, including reconciliation and reporting against plan, earned value, contingency consumption, and sanction budgets.
  • Support the project leadership team in managing scope, schedule, cost, and risk to ensure integrated reporting of project performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of post-graduate experience in project controls.
  • Extensive experience with P6, Prism, Excel, and Power BI software.
  • Strategic vision and ability to prepare detailed project reports providing financial and progress updates.
  • Excellent communication skills with a knack for writing and presenting quality reports and findings to senior leadership.
