Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing research and briefing memoranda
* Assisting in the production of judgments, papers, and presentations
* Performing administrative tasks, including maintaining Court records and preparing material for use by the Judge in Court
* Speaking in Court - empanelling juries, taking verdicts, and arraigning the accused
* Liaising with Court staff, the public, the media, and the profession
Requirements:
* Up to two years' post-graduate experience and/or an interest in this area
* Excellent writing skills and strong academic credentials
* One or more of: experience on the editorial committee of a university law journal; research work for an academic; and/or a higher degree in law
* Personal qualities suitable for liaising with the profession and members of the public
