Job Summary

The role of an Enrolled Nurse at Bankstown-Lidcombe Hospital involves working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide safe and compassionate care to patients. As part of the healthcare team, the Enrolled Nurse will demonstrate competence in delivering quality person-centred care, articulating skills alignment with the Orthopaedics/Surgical Team, and demonstrating a genuine interest in learning and contributing across healthcare settings.

Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must have:

  • A current Authority to Practice as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2) with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • A strong understanding of the principles of safe and compassionate care.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
