We are seeking Support Workers for full-time positions to service our clients in the Eastern Suburbs area.

Our Support Workers are directly responsible for helping with daily living activities such as Personal Care, Domestic Assistance, Meal Preparation, Social Support, Transport, etc. They are also accountable for identifying and promptly reporting noticeable changes in the client's condition as well as supporting their independence and personal development.

The ideal candidate will possess an Australian Certificate III Individual Support or equivalent, a valid driver's licence, and a registered insured car.

They should also have a valid First Aid and CPR certificate, a police check, be vaccinated for flu yearly, and Covid-19 immunisation, and previous experience working in community or aged care is desirable.
