- Transfer products from the production area to the transfer area and verify them against the required product list for the day.
- Record the correct number of each product made and transferred as required.
- Place the trays of products into the appropriate area ready for picking.
- Notify the Production Manager or Supervisor if any products are short as required.
- Pick the required products for each customer order and place them into low-care crates.
- Visually inspect each product as it is picked to ensure it is correct and sealed.
- Inform the Warehouse Manager or Supervisor if any issues are spotted with products.
- Assemble each run on dollies in the appropriate area ready for loading onto trucks.
- Pack and label frozen products or products for thawing as required.
- Ensure the Pick Room is kept tidy by removing rubbish regularly and sweeping or cleaning as needed.
- Complete required paperwork accurately and legibly, such as cleaning forms and UBD of Thawed Products.
- Experience working in a food manufacturing facility.
- Experience of working effectively in a team environment.
- Can-do attitude.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
