As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production process. Your attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment will be essential in meeting our high standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transfer products from the production area to the transfer area and verify them against the required product list.
  • Record the correct number of each product and ensure they're transferred as required.
  • Place products into the appropriate area ready for picking.
  • Notify the Production Manager or Supervisor if any products are short.
  • Pick the required products for each customer order and place them into low-care crates.
  • Visually inspect each product to ensure it's correct and sealed.
  • Inform the Warehouse Manager or Supervisor of any issues with products.
  • Assemble each run on dollies in the appropriate area ready for loading onto trucks.
  • Pack and label frozen products or products for thawing as required.
  • Maintain a clean and organized Pick Room by removing rubbish regularly and sweeping/cleaning as needed.
  • Complete required paperwork accurately and legibly.

Key Competencies, Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience working in a food manufacturing facility.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Can-do attitude.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
