Job Title: Mechanical Designer

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced mechanical designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed designs for HVAC systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed mechanical design drawings and schematics using CAD software.
  • Interpret and analyze project specifications, blueprints, and schematics to determine requirements.
  • Work with engineers and project managers to ensure designs meet client needs, industry standards, and local building codes.
  • Identify and troubleshoot design issues and provide solutions.
  • Review and make revisions to existing designs as necessary.
  • Participate in project meetings and communicate with other team members to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Provide support during construction and installation phases of projects.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or higher in drafting, engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in mechanical design.
  • Proficient in CAD software.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and local building codes related to HVAC systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
