Senior Technical Support Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Experience & Success organization, you will be responsible for owning, troubleshooting, and solving complex customer technical issues.

In this role, you will act as an advisor to customers, providing expert-level technical support and guidance. You will lead in building communities with peer delivery roles and share your knowledge to improve product and process readiness.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Windows System Administration, Configuration, and troubleshooting, with experience in Hybrid technologies such as Hyper-V management and VM deployment, Resilient Storage technology, and PowerShell scripting.

Additionally, you will possess excellent verbal communication skills, negotiation skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer focus. If you are a collaborative leader with adaptability and leadership skills, we encourage you to apply.
