Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our Sydney office, providing high-quality IT support services to our legal professionals.
In this role, you will work closely with our Brisbane-based IT team and the Sydney administrative support team to deliver excellent customer service and technical solutions.
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, network, and telecommunications issues in a timely manner.
You will also provide training and guidance to our staff on various IT systems and applications, ensuring they have the necessary skills to effectively use these tools.
The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen interest in technology.
You will also have the ability to work independently while maintaining strong team connections and contributing ideas for process improvements and service enhancements.
- Providing hands-on technical support for hardware, software, network, and telecommunications issues
- Acting as the first point of contact for all IT-related enquiries in the Sydney office
- Processing and responding to service requests through our Service Desk platform
- Diagnosing and resolving a wide range of technical issues for legal and corporate services staff
- Delivering one-on-one and small group training on IT systems and applications
- Closely liaising with the Sydney administrative support team on day-to-day operations
- Working collaboratively with the Brisbane-based help desk team via remote communication
- Contributing ideas for process improvements and service enhancements
