Job Title: Food and Beverage Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage outlets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of food and beverage staff to ensure smooth service delivery;
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure that all guests' needs are met promptly and efficiently;
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, including stock ordering and management;
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and revenue growth;
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and minimize disruptions;
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment;
Requirements:
  • Degree in Hospitality or related field;
    or equivalent experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
    able to lead and motivate teams effectively;
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
    able to make informed decisions quickly;
  • Able to work under pressure;
    manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills;
