Seasonal Operations Manager

Moonlight Cinema is a beloved summer tradition, bringing magic under the stars to iconic parklands and gardens in Western Australia.
We are seeking an experienced Manager to oversee daily operations, including site setup and pack-down. This role involves planning and delivery of bump-in and bump-out production schedules.
Key responsibilities include managing food & beverage operations (ordering, invoice processing, and stock control), overseeing sponsorship activations, and ensuring contractual deliverables are met to a high standard.
The ideal candidate will have minimum 1 year experience in a management role, with previous experience in food and beverage, customer service, or cinema/event management. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as initiative, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Venue Manager in overseeing daily operations, including site set-up and pack-down.
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of the bump-in and bump-out production schedule.
- Support and lead a team of staff.
- Manage food & beverage operations (ordering, invoice processing, and stock control).
- Oversee sponsorship activations and ensure contractual deliverables are delivered to a high standard.
- Minimum 1 years' experience in a management role.
- Previous experience in food and beverage and customer service.
- Cinema or event management experience (advantageous).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Initiative, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
