Imagine creating unforgettable experiences for our customers during the festive season. As a member of our seasonal services team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and helping us create a welcoming atmosphere across our Westfield destinations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and assistance to customers and retailers
  • Greet and assist customers with directions and helpful solutions to enhance their visit
  • Manage traffic flow and support car park operations during busy periods
  • Assist valet services by opening car doors and safely parking vehicles
  • Operate a buggy within the car park for safety checks and operational support
Requirements:
  • Always be ready to go the extra mile to enhance the customer and retailer experience
  • Feel confident assisting customers in a fast-paced retail setting
  • Confidently and safely drive and park both manual and automatic vehicles with care and precision
  • Hold a full open driver's licence (Manual, Auto, or International) to operate a company buggy and customer vehicles
  • Be available for shifts from September to February, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays
