The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and supporting the team on the worksite to ensure activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the resources, plant, and subcontractors on site
  • Plan and direct the team to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
  • Monitor and control project costs and timelines
  • Collaborate with the project management team to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements

  • Experience in supervising land development, underground, pavement, and earthwork projects
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
  • Commitment to occupational health and safety
  • Construction White Card
  • Drivers License
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
