Job Overview

We have multiple casual positions available for skilled Trainers who will teach Certificate 3 courses.

About the Role

As a Trainer with our organization, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering training and assessment compliant with Vocational Training Framework guidelines;
  • Teaching Certificate 3 courses, including Individual Support and Early Childhood Education & Care;
  • Collaborating with industry stakeholders and our team to develop training programs that meet client needs.
Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate:

  • A current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116);
  • Relevant vocational qualifications in either Individual Support or Early Childhood Education & Care, with current industry skills and experience;
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to deliver practical and innovative training;
  • Demonstrated knowledge of relevant industry practices, WH&S codes, and labour market trends;
  • Self-motivation, time management, organisational, and problem-solving skills;
  • Integrity, reliability, and professionalism consistent with our organisation's values.
