Physician Training Opportunities

We offer a comprehensive 36-month training program in General and Acute Care Medicine for trainees seeking advanced physician training.
- The program provides access to various rotations in accredited roles across the collaborative, meeting the CORE training requirements of the RACP PREP Advanced Training curriculum.
- Flexible training opportunities are available, including part-time options with different roster structures. Regional training is also offered through collaborations with regional partners.
Eligible trainees include those who have commenced training in the SEC and want to continue, as well as external trainees seeking to join the collaborative.
New APTs can apply once they meet the eligibility criteria and have clinical examination results.
Application ProcessApplicants will be considered based on their skills and experience, with interviews held by a panel from the collaboration.
The application process includes an online application, cover letter, and interview. Offers will be made to successful applicants.
