Key Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the Area General Manager and lead a team of kitchen brigade, conference & events team, and front of house staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve service standards, and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with the National Director of Food & Beverage to achieve commercial and reputational goals.
  • Lead by example, modeling our company values of Trust, Respect, Guest Obsession, Sustainability, and Spirit of Conquest and Innovation.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or Hotel Manager, with a proven track record of leading teams and driving business results.
  • Strong operational experience in corporate conferencing, weddings, and events, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Established commercial acumen, with a proven ability to drive business growth and improve revenue.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and coach team members to reach their full potential.
