Ground Maintenance Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced grounds professional to join our team. As a Groundsperson, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of our property and facilities.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and preparing sports fields, lawns, gardens, and turf cricket wickets to a high standard.
- Assisting with irrigation, turfing, line marking, and general grounds care.
- Operating and maintaining tools, mowers, and equipment to a high standard.
- Supporting seasonal sports preparations and day-to-day grounds upkeep.
You will be part of a close-knit team working in a dynamic environment. We require a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to safety.
Requirements:- Certificate in Turf Management or Horticulture is essential.
- Experience with groundskeeping, machinery, and irrigation systems is required.
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, team player, and proactive communicator.
- Manual driver's license and ACDC spray license (or willingness to obtain).
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys working outdoors. Flexibility with hours, including some overtime and weekend work, may be required during peak periods.
