Job Title: Groundsperson

About the Position

We are seeking a proactive and committed grounds maintenance professional to join our dedicated team. This is a full-time, permanent position with an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain college grounds and facilities through regular inspections and scheduled maintenance tasks.
  • Assist with upkeep of play and recreation areas, including fertilising, poisoning, landscaping and minor irrigation checks and repairs as required.
  • Perform physical labour, including lifting, bending and manual handling, in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Operate lawn mowers, trimmers and other landscaping equipment safely and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Certificate II in Water Operations or willingness to obtain.
  • Valid Working with Children Suitability Card (paid Blue Card).
  • Current Driver's Licence.
  • Ability to perform physical requirements of role in a safe manner.
