We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interior Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will play a pivotal role in managing commercial projects from concept to completion.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience working on high-end commercial and workplace projects, with a proven track record of delivering interior solutions that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior designers to develop and implement design concepts, functional designs, and aesthetic developments.
  • Design space plans and test fits in line with current codes, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Model and document spaces, including test fits, speculative fitouts, client presentations, tender and construction packages.
  • Select FF&E, create schedules and detailing according to lead times and budgets.
  • Conduct site inspections and surveys, auditing existing layouts, services, furniture, and storage.
  • Present designs and communicate effectively with clients.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Interior Designer.
  • Qualification in Interior Design or similar field.
  • High proficiency in Revit software.
  • Experience in planning and designing commercial office fit-outs.
  • A creative and professional portfolio showcasing design style.
  • Passion for creating modern and cutting-edge designs.
  • Excellent attention to detail and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of marketing concepts and engaging visuals.
  • Background in design and construct industry.
