Job Title: Long Haul Driver

We are seeking an experienced long haul driver to fulfill a key role in our organization's transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate semi-trailers, forklifts and manage logistics efficiently
  • Ensure vehicles are well-maintained and inspect for mechanical issues on a regular basis
  • Plan routes, meet delivery schedules and maintain accurate documentation of work periods and kilometres driven
  • Collect and verify delivery instructions, ensuring timely and reliable service to clients
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships while adhering to relevant regulations and laws

Requirements:

  • A minimum qualification in the field with 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Possession of a current HC/MC driver's licence
  • Strong commitment to workplace health and safety practices
  • Ability to work independently, think critically and demonstrate a high level of reliability
