Job Title

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care and support to clients, including assessment, treatment planning, and implementation
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare providers
  • Participate in interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement client-centered care plans
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based treatments in mental health nursing
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA without restrictions
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in mental health nursing, particularly in case management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment
  • Valid driver's license for regional and remote roles
