Responsibilities:

  • To provide high-quality nursing care to patients with complex mental health needs">
  • To develop and implement individualized care plans">
  • To work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care">
  • To conduct assessments, administer medications, and maintain accurate clinical documentation">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • CURRENT RN REGISTRATION WITH AHPRA">
  • MORE THAN 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN MENTAL HEALTH NURSING, PARTICULARLY IN CASE MANAGEMENT">
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY">
  • WILLINGNESS TO TRAVEL TO REGIONAL AND REMOTE LOCATIONS FOR A MINIMUM OF 12 WEEKS">
