We're seeking a number of skilled professionals to join our product engineering team on a permanent basis, with a focus on improving capability across various parts of the digital experience platform.

This role is open to all candidates and offers flexibility in terms of work location and schedule. We're looking for individuals who can demonstrate strong technical skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

  • 3+ years of professional experience in software development, building and maintaining large-scale software products
  • Proficiency in full-stack development, with expertise in web-based languages and frameworks, including Node, TypeScript, React or similar, and cloud platforms such as AWS
  • Strong understanding of testing principles and demonstrated experience in implementing testing strategies to improve software quality and robustness
  • Experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Strong understanding of secure coding practices, particularly community standards like OWASP
  • Previous experience mentoring junior and mid-level software engineers

As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, collaborating with experienced engineers to develop and enhance robust application code. You'll also contribute to generating user stories, acceptance criteria, and estimates, while providing guidance and support to junior engineers.
